Call for Papers
The 20th and 21st joint COTA International Conference of Transportation Professionals (CICTP 2020-21) will be held December 16-19, 2021, in Xi'an, China, jointly organized by Chinese Overseas Transportation Association (COTA) and Chang'an University (CU). As the hosts and organizers of CICTP 2020-21, COTA and CU are pleased to invite submissions of original innovative research and practice from both researchers and practitioners. The CICTP 2020-21 will address pressing challenges and embrace opportunities emerging from the development of new technologies, including the pandemic impacts amid the development of COVID-19. here . The format of the submission must be in compliance with the ASCE formatting requirements; otherwise, it may be rejected for review.
The conference will host a series of technical sessions, plenary sessions, and special forums, including the World Bank Forum, the Dean's Forum, COTA Career Development Forum for Young Scholars and Students and Transportation Studies Forum for International Students in China.
The best-paper awards and other professional awards will be granted to the authors of excellent papers or institutes/enterprises which have made outstanding contributions to the development of transportation systems in China. Selected good CICTP proceeding papers will be invited for considerations for publications on a special issue(s) on a selected highly-impacted journal(s), which will be decided at a later time.
